How Our Kitchen Remodel Process Works
Seven steps, no surprises. We do not drag jobs out and we do not disappear mid project. Here is exactly how a kitchen remodel works with Titan Project Solutions.
The 7-Step Process
Walk-Through
First step is a walk-through. We go over layout, budget, and what you actually want — not some Pinterest fantasy. We look at your existing plumbing, electrical, and structural constraints so we know what we are actually working with before we put anything on paper.
Design Lock-In
Then we lock in the design and scope so there is no guessing later. This is where we nail down the layout, cabinet lines, countertop material, tile, flooring, and any plumbing or electrical changes. Nothing moves forward until both sides are aligned.
Estimate & Selections
Once design is locked, you get a written estimate with line items. No vague round numbers. We also finalize material selections so everything is ordered before demo starts — materials delays are one of the biggest reasons kitchens drag out.
Demo
Demo day. Cabinets, countertops, flooring, and any walls coming down go out. We protect the rest of the house, handle debris, and leave the space clean and ready for rough work.
Rough Plumbing, Electric & Framing
Rough plumbing, electrical, and any framing changes go in before anything gets closed up. This phase gets inspected before walls close. Doing this right is what determines whether your kitchen holds up — or has problems.
The Build
Cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, trim. This is where the kitchen comes together. Countertops are templated after cabinets are set. Tile and flooring go in. Appliances get set and plumbing and electrical get connected and trimmed out.
Final Walkthrough & Clean Handoff
We do a final walkthrough together, go through the punch list, and make sure everything is right before we consider the job done. We do not drag jobs out and we do not disappear mid project. Clean handoff or we are not done.
What You Can Count On
Adam is on every job. Not managing from a desk — on the job. That is how we keep quality where it needs to be and timelines where we say they will be.
We do not drag jobs out and we do not disappear mid project. Aleyzia booked us, we started a week later and finished her kitchen in two weeks — no extras, no surprises. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
We are not the cheapest option. We are focused on doing it right, running clean jobs, and keeping control of our work. If you want the lowest bid, we are probably not your contractor. If you want the job done right the first time, call us.
